Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING

It is our policy at My Brownskin to ship all orders within 48 hours (except for Holidays). US orders are shipped per United States Postal Service rates.

At the present time My Brownskin only ships to US addresses. We are working toward international shipping for the very near future. If you are outside of the US please send us an E-mail and your comments so we will know which countries to work toward making shipping arrangements for.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All of us at My Brownskin are proud of the products we sell and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund if product is damaged, worn, or not in a resalable condition. Pleaase inspect your merchandise when you recieve it.

  • Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee baased on the quantity and nature of the product(s). There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
  • Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
  • It is the repsonsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer based on the same requirements as listed above.

Return Procedures

FOR REGISTERED USER(S):

  • Log in
  • Go to "My Account"
  • Go to "Orders"
  • Find order, select "Return Item(s)"
  • Follow steps to return item...

 

Guest or Non-registered user(s):

  • Send email to customerservice@mybrownskin.com
  • Include reason for retun, Date of order on invoice, Customer's Name,  address, and order number.
  • You will recieve Return Authorization email.

Return the product to the address below with copy of your invoice and Return Authorization email. The customer is responsible for return postage. For customer’s protection please return the product using a carrier that offers full tracking and insurance protection. Any product returned in damaged, worn, or non-resalable condition will be returned to purchaser.

Exchanges

If a customer for any reason desires an exchange, the returned product must be undamaged, unworn, and in resalable condition. Exchanges will take place when we receive the product to be exchanged. My Brownskin will be responsible for shipping cost of the new product. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Product Received Damaged?

My Brownskin takes every precaution to ensure our customer’s product will arrive in new condition. However, shipping accidents occasionally occur. Please contact us if our product arrives in any condition less than good. E-mail us at customerservice@mybrownskin.com.
