Lynischic International’s shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders below $99.99 are a flat fee of $4. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders $100 and above ship FREE. Express Shipping is $8, and FREE of orders $100 and above. Two day delivery is $20. Next Day Shipping is $25. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks order processing time. United States Postal Services will be utilized as our shipping method. Using Standard Delivery (USPS Ground) orders normally arrive within 2-4 days after we ship. Final delivery is handled by your local postal service and may be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays. Business Days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received on Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Lynischic International will contact you with follow-up E-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. The item not in stock will be placed on backorder. The rest of your order will be shipped regularly and we will E-mail you as to when to expect the backordered items, if we are not unable to contact you for an alternative color or item. Orders will be shipped to the designated address given by the purchaser.
Orders from outside the United States will be shipped via USPS. Delivery occurs within approximately 2-3 weeks processing time. Charges will be estimated based on each country’s pre-paid customs and duties, fees, weights, etc. Package will be traceable.
Local carriers do the final delivery.
We are devoted to ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with our merchandise after you receive it. Full priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within three weeks of delivery date, when merchandise is in good shape, accompanied with the original receipt/packing slip and original packaging, and is based on the original form of payment.
Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will seek to contact you immediately for an alternate address for re-shipping, and a refund for the amount of the order only will be given, less the USPS or UPS fee. If we are unable to contact you, you have up to two weeks to notify us for re-shipment or all funds will not be refunded and product will be restored.
We recommend you send packages back via USPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. All return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
Our standard return policy applies to items purchased with a Lynischic International Gift Card. We will issue a new Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.
For credit card purchases made in addition with a Lynischic International Gift Card, we will credit your credit card the amount originally charged and issue a new Gift Card in the amount used on the original purchase. You will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.
Please complete the return form in your shipment and return the package via the carrier option used for your order. Refer to our section on RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY for our full return policy.
